Community College Business Network Training
The Community College Business Network Training Program provides funding assistance for community college-sponsored employee training projects in which five or more businesses participate. The businesses may be located in two or more community college districts, with at least two community colleges sponsoring the training project. For participating businesses, the advantages include valuable employee training at a reduced - or no - cost.
Iowa's 15 community colleges work with eligible businesses to assess training needs, determine funds availability and provide training. Application for this program must be made through a local community college.
Business Eligibility Requirements:
- At least two community colleges must sponsor the training project.
Business Participation Requirements
- All businesses must participate in the same training project.
