Recycle Iowa is a result of a unique partnership between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and the Iowa Department of Economic Development (IDED). While Recycle Iowa is housed within IDED, its members are in regular contact with the DNR and work together with both agencies to achieve its mission.
