A National Register District with 16 historic buildings, they hope to: Improve the business climate; Increase commercial activity downtown;
Limit sprawl; Build on the partnership with the National Park Service to maximize tourism impact; and Develop a marketing plan that promotes both the rich historical context and the uniqueness of the community.
